Source Vodka and Source Gin owe their purity and freshness to the waters of the chasm of Gensac-La-Pallue. This is where it all begins, at the heart of the vineyards, in a natural environment devoted to producing eaux-de-vie.
The chasm is an Eden of freshness with beautiful trees hanging over green and turquoise waters. These trees inspired our packaging: the holm oak tree with its hundred-year-old roots – symbol of strength and wisdom.
The chasm is a spring that forms a little stream, the Ri de Gensac. He is fed by small faults drilling down into the karst rock, up to 300 metres below the ground.
The water is collected and then filtered for use in the alcohol reduction process. Its quality is very important as it is what makes our vodka and gin so pure.
